You will need to have detailed information available with you once you have decided to setup an offshore company

  • Client name, Nationality.
  • Street address, City, Country.
  • Contact details e.g. phone, email.
  • Offshore jurisdiction.
  • Proposed company name.
  • Proposed activity in MOA.
  • Business profile.
  • Nominee services, Power of Attorney if any.
  • Attestations required.
  • Special Certificates e.g. Incumbency, Good Standing, any other.

  • In some cases, it also lists the shareholders.

  • Passport copy attested by a notary public or mandated authorities. Sighting the original passport by the offshore registration agent may also be required.
  • Proof of address could be a utility or land line bill. This must contain a street address on it and must be in the name of the applicant.
  • A bank reference letter is required. This can be from any bank you have been dealing with. And must say that the account is in good standing.

KYC documents are required separately for each shareholder and director.

In some cases, a CV for each may also be required.
